SOME EXCITING NEWS!!!

First of all let me just say THANK YOU LORD for this AWESOME blessing that I am about to share!!!

There was this contest going on over at EBB CREATIONS, http://ebbscrapbooking.com/Forums/index.php?act=idx,
that was called Win A Trip to CHA Winter 2008!!! I had
almost convinced myself that I was just going to give up on
entering. We had just moved and was in the process of
getting everything settled and switched over and the page
that I was working on was very time comsuming. Well, I
prayed about it and went on my way. It just kept nagging at
me though and I could not let it go so I whipped it out, finished
it up, and submitted it at the last minute!!! TODAY was the BIG
ANNOUNCEMENT at DIVA CRAFT LOUNGE, http://www.divacraftlounge.com/,
where we could listen live! I couldn't believe it when they
called out my name for the GRAND PRIZE of winning this
trip to CHA!!! I was running through the house like a MAD
woman!!! It was a site see let me tell you!!! During the shaking, and
typing, and sharing, I was crying! This is just truely the GREATEST
gift that I could have recieved for the holidays! THANK YOU EBB CREATIONS,
to the sponsors, judges, hubby, and everyone on the forums that are
my homes!!!

Major Catch Up Overload!

I know that it has been a long while!!! It has been about a month

since I last posted. I still don't have much time to talk right now but

just wanted to share some recent projects and altered

stuff. My term for ScrapTreasures DT ended this month. Sniff,

sniff. It had to be so to let other people serve and

shine. I have tons of other stuff in the works though! I am still

working on my own line of paper but had to change the name

therefore I had to delete the blog that I had for it

and create a new one as soon as possible I hope. I am also just

about ready to start putting some of my art stuff in my

Etsy place so stayed tuned for that as well. It is going range from

scrap items to all around art in itself. Just good stuff!

I have to sign off for now and will be back often now so please keep

We have a couple of days left living in Vegas then it is off to Pahrump! I have been SUPER stressed out so my hubby surprised me with these beauties! I think that I may have over done it with packing everything up myself part. Today I am not feeling so well.

but no time to play!!! We have a little over a week to get the rest of our stuff packed, address changes, email, phone, utilities, ect., and on and on it goes!!! WHEW! The first pic up top is from my AWESOME Secret Sis at ScarpTreasures!!! Can you believe how sweet she is?! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! The second one is of my YUMMO Crop-A-Dile and ScrapTreasures kit! Just some late night play for me...

This last pic is out of a Rachel Ray Mag and it just inspired me! I think it is a Target add of some sort. Anyways, I love the colors and positioning of the chocolates. I just might have to create a page or project from it.

October Kit Creations!

I am just AMAZED at this months kit from SCRAPTREASURES this month!!! There is so much to savor and enjoy! I think that I am getting hooked on these thickers from American Crafts which comes in the kit. When I was working on one of the pages I had to end up changing the position of the letters. They didn't rip the paper and still stuck back on like new! Just so happy with it all... stay tuned for more projects from this STUNNING kit!

have I left my first art love?!!! I have not drawn, REALLY drawn, in YEARS!!! That is right, YEARS! As soon as we get a little settled into our new home my pencil, my paper, and I have a serious date! Ofcourse these are not finished either. Go fig...

Pink Awareness

Here are a few thoughts that I have for this month of Pink. It is a scary matter but one that has hope as well. Just keep looking up. It can be hard, I know, but once you do you will find it!!!

My Reminisce Love

Ok, after pondering all of these to death I finally got them down to the way that I wanted them almost at the last minute!!! I SO enjoyed working with the Reminisce products right down to the scraps which I turned into an altered card holder mini album! WHEW!!! That was a long title! LOL! Thanks so much for having this contest Reminisce and even if it is not me I LOVED putting all of these together. Preserving memories in the long run is what it is all about!!! Thanks again!
